Information for Vendors

All information can be found on our booking form on our downloads page

spaces are approx 2 metres long and and 60cms wide you need to provide your own table and coverings

there will be space between your set up and the next to allow free access, please book more than one space if you want to put, prams, cradles, baskets etc at the side of your display

There will be a competiton for Vendors only

A Reborn Doll Sction and an Artist Bear Section

There will be a trophy for the Best in Show and awards for 2 runner ups in both categories

These will be voted for by the general public

A fee of £3.00 per doll will be levied and up to 2 dolls may be entered

Competition Rules

Please download the ful brochure and read the rules carefully. Pictures of your entry must not be posted on the internet or in any other form of media

Your entry will be disqualified if this rule is broken

Visit the downloads page for flyers and logos which can be used in your orders or to distribute. Please include show information on your websites and auction a jpeg file is also available on the downloads page

Selling is STRICTLY limited to stall
holders. You must under no circumstances bring items into the show to sell unless you are a paid up stall holder, equally you must not buy from a non- stall holder at the show. You may not hand out brochures, flyers, business cards etc anywhere on the premises of the venue, including the car park, without the express permission of the organiser, Ceinwen Clarke, unless you are a stall holder. Please contact us if you wish us to hand out your literature, there will be a fee of £45.00 for this service.

Breach of these rules will result in you being asked to leave the show and
refused entry in the future
