This stunningly beautiful doll is called Rosie Leigh
She was sculpted for Brighton Doll Festival 2007 by Hildegard Gunzel and poured in high quality resin in a limited edition of 150 world wide
She is approximately 52 cms (20.5 inches) tall and weighs approximately 5.5kg(12 lbs). She comes complete with her heavy duty stand, tags and authentication, is beautifully packaged in a gift presentation box and securely padded and then placed inside a strong cardboard box. She is signed and numbered on the back of her neck.
She is dressed in a white broderie anglaise cotton dress and has a pink silk slip which just shows through the dress, she has dainty white ankle boots and pinks socks and her straw bonnet is smothered in roses of differing shades of pink.
Her gently curled hair is dark blonde and her eyes are hazel. Hildegard sculpted her with her usual attention to detail recreating the sweet Victorian child used as the logo of the Brighton Doll Festival 2007
